Garden and outside: The south facing terrace is accessed off the french windows from the main living area. There is a full compliment of hardwood chairs, table, loungers and parasol. The garden comprises lawns and meadows with an orchard of Apple and pear trees, a sweet chestnut and walnut tree and a kiwi covered pergola.
The 12 foot diameter trampoline must be supervised by a responsible adult if being used by children.
Parking and garages: Ample secure car parking for 6 cars.
Visitor suitability: The ground floor is higher than the external ground floor so access my be difficult for individuals with limited mobility although the property does have a ground floor bedroom with en-suite facilities and separate toilet.
